Digital Leaders Week in the UK focuses on the ways to develop and achieve digital transformation. One of the key drivers of this is how well the story of change is defined, communicated, understood and then owned by the audience.

The DLW team asked me to lead an hour long online workshop to provide a training to its audience about how to build what I call the Strategic Narrative of change. Here’s a recording of this highly interactive session, setting out a rationale and a process for getting right the story which will accelerate transformation.
